You're probably right. Considering every scary black rifle is a military grade machine gun of death and mayhem, and they don't know what a Ghost Gun, magazine or clip is, I'm sure they would think 2 guns is an arsenal.

I remember back in the late 80's in RI, if you had 300 firearms or enough parts to assemble 300 firearms, you needed an Armory license. That applied even if you were an FFL. And they are an anti-2a Government. I can't believe how bad things have degraded on their side. The dumbing down of America is working.
