At 3:14 he says 0.8 percent of criminals get guns legally at gun shows because background checks are not required.

Also, why is he using data from 2002 at 5:36 when the video was created in Oct of 2015?

This dud has zero credibility if he is spreading the lies of the Left and cherry picking data, even if it supports our argument, little stuff discredits the whole debate.

I noticed those points too and wondered why he used those numbers also.
What I was referring to was the crime and murder stats by race and poverty level and the correlations found that are presented in the last half of the video.
