A lot of politicians including Obama and anti-gun people are asking why anyone on the no fly list can obtain a gun and why doesn’t the government restrict anyone on this list be blocked from buying a gun.
Two things, everyone who buys a gun at an official place, they are required to fill out the NICS 4473 Form that goes through the FBI & some States also require a form to check their data bases for approval and the DOJ’s own IG report last year stated that over half of all the people on the no fly list are incorrect and should have never been placed on it.
With those items I find it illogical per say to want those on the no fly list to be restricted to purchase a gun. If they really want to do something, in conjunction with the NICS Form have every state be required to submit anyone who’s been deemed to have a violent mental condition, which would have a large impact on not allowing those people who shouldn’t get a gun.

Just wait till they decide that all us gun forum people should be on the no fly list because we obviously have something wrong with us.
What will folks do then?
They don't have to go to a judge, they don't have to insure you have a criminal record/past, they just put your name on a list - and you're screwed.

Shows total disregard for a host of constitutional rights; and this for native-born US citizens. The shrill declaration that Trump's statement on Islamic immigrants disqualifies him from being POTUS applies even more clearly and strongly to this statement by Obama, Hillary, et als.
