Seen another nice sign in Bar harbor me while on vacation (Brother-in-law would not stop for picture).

Very true graybeard! Self control is everything and would stop many of the problems plaguing this country and world for that matter. It would mean less obesity, less litters of kids, less poverty, less stds, and less killing. :thumbsup:
