Obama & ICE are allowing convicted illegal aliens to stay in our country

Just last week there was another illegal alien in the news that had been deported seven times and then allowed to stay in America in a sanctuary city by that local government, and he along with another illegal alien broke into this 68 year old ladies home and raped her and then murdered her by beating her to death with a hammer.

Just over the last year alone Obama & ICE has released back onto the streets of our cities the following convicted illegal aliens, I repeat, these were illegal aliens that were convicted in a court of law and somehow were let loose by Obama & ICE.

Convicted murderers: 193
Convicted Rapists: 400 plus
Convicted kidnappers: 300

Obama through his executive actions and directions to ICE have allowed these criminal illegal aliens to enter our country time and time again and with the release of these convicted illegal aliens he’s doing nothing to ensure the safety of our people.

What needs to be done by the next president is to cancel every executive order and such that pertains to these illegal alien problems and close the border for once and for all and to get that done the president needs to be a republican.

I favor hanging the illegals. There's a great place in El Paso where you could build gallows that are visible from a Mexican city. Also, they would be visible from the interstate. Legals that commit felonies should also be hanged. If they commit misdemeanors (outside of minor traffic offenses), they should be deported immediately.

Further, I favor halting ALL immigration until such time that our economy is back on track and most of our currently unemployed are re-employed. Then we can start to slowly allow in more immigrants, but we must be picky about it. They need a better skill set than "push the mower and pick the grapes". That's what we have native-born 12 year olds for.

I'm not against immigration.

I AM against is someone sneaking across our border and feeling they instantly deserve a piece of every beneficial program we have to offer.

Don't protest and march that you need higher minimum wages then complain you want fewer hours so you can continue milking every support program offered.

I do think we have enough policies in place. We just have too many making decisions about how and when to put them into effect. BO does not have a mindset representative of America.

I'm with H on this... but I am going to take it a lot further. Some may not like what I have to say... so if you get offended easily, stop reading now.

1.) Suspend 100% of all non-US citizen inbound migration indefinitely. Period. End of discussion.
A.) You want a temp tourist or work visa... NP, but don't plan on staying long.
B.) It will be like being on parole. We will need proof of where you plan on going/staying, with whom, for how long, POC's and you need to checking with a tourist/migrant worker management officer.
C.) Miss a check-in. When you are found... you are gone, permanently.
D.) The country you came from is responsible for proving you are not sick. It must come through the originating countries Embassy in advance of your arrival. No hand carried documents by traveler.

2.) Secure the borders. 100% lock down.
A.) We all know there are way too many square mile of land borders and ocean front to guard 100% of the land all the time, but lets at least lock down major throughways and get some drones over the wilderness areas.

3.) STOP GIVING FREE STUFF TOO ILLEGALS!!!!!
A.) No licenses, no welfare, no work under the table. Nothing.

4.) If you get stopped by a police officer and you cannot confirm you are a citizen, you get detained until you can. If you can't, you're in jail til we figure out where the hell you came from or a relative can bring your ID.
A.) That doesn't mean Checkpoints and racial profiling, but if you get pulled over, either don't speak English or can barely speak English, and don't have ID or can't provide identifying information... reasonable suspicion applies.

5.) Violent illegals get a day in court. Conviction means death. Period.
A.) Non-violent gets an appropriate sentence and tossed the hell out.

6.) 100% State or Federal issued voter ID required.

7.) After the borders are under control and the process for handling illegals is implemented and working, we open the borders to migrants again.
A.)All subsections of item one, as well as all of 2 through 6 above still apply.
B.)Migrant growth is capped at 2% of the previous census year estimates or 1/2 of the US GDP growth percentage, whichever is lower.
C.) You MUST have skills to contribute to the economic growth. Unskilled workers are not permitted.
D.) You must be able to read and speak English as well as being completely literate in your native language.
E.) You must be familiar with US laws.
F.) First Generation migrants can't vote for their first 8 years unless they were a minor when they migrated with their parent(s), then they must be 18 if they serve in our military or 26 if they do not.
G.) 8 year probationary period for violent crimes.
i.) If you get convicted of a violent crime within the first 8 years you are a US citizen, after you serve your sentence, either you migrate back to your native country, any other country of your choice, or stay in jail for life.


I can think of so much more that I could use the alphabet 3 times or more... but I am going to stop, because none of this will ever happen. Outside of upsetting people, typing more won't accomplish anything. I think you get my point.

Sounds good to Marc. One thing, though; I don't believe in life sentences, unless "Life Sentence" is defined to mean "Serve 3-5 years then be executed".

Life sentences are unjust to the tax payer and cruel to the inmate. If the inmate cannot be trusted to ever participate in society, they should be put to death.

Oh... it wont be them hanging out sucking up air and resources. Its hard labor. They will be forced to be productive and generate revue. If they refuse... death or deportation to the country of their choice (assuming someone will take them). No moochers.

I would add one in particular to Marc's list.

2/3 of the world speak American English as we know it. You want to come here and stay, you speak English.

I do believe much of this could be avoided if we quit 'baiting' foreigners. We have much to offer to many yet we ignore our own. It is especially frustrating that many of our own have worked and paid taxes.

I do not for the life of me know why/when we began with all the free programs for foreigners.
