In order to save the group money and time on sending out renewal notices, we start in early July by asking everyone online to renew early. Then, when the Membership Director is ready, we send out renewal notices via U.S. mail to those who have not already renewed. (If you inadvertently renew twice, there is no harm done - we will simply add another year extension to your membership.)

You can renew early either online on our web site or you can download the application, print it, fill it out, and mail it to us. If you can include your membership number, that makes it easier on our Membership Director to process your application. But if you don’t know your membership number, just leave that field blank.
