I posted that the Commissioner of Health of the Commonwealth was a transsexual way back when he/she/it was appointed. Nobody much gave a crap back then either.

I do recall expressing the opinion that anyone who was fuzzy on the details, when it came to physical differences of men and women, might not be qualified for official medical positions.
