Any one heard of Greg Loving and/or H&S Tactical in Fredericksburg?

He was recommended by one of the guys at SSG Tactical for barrel work and SBR engraving.The website handstactical dot com doesn't give much info. Their Facebook page is somewhat better but I am really looking for some unbiased reviews.
