Geat reason for term limits

These are the folks that can't get the budget out ! Seriously?

Not only do they not read the legislation, but they also don;t listen to the discussions of the legislation. Maybe they've already decided how they're going to vote and have no input for the discussion. Maybe some of the discussion would make them think differently, so they should be paying attention. Maybe my tax money is paying their salary and maybe they don't care about that either.

Been saying we need term limits for a long time...

Total of 30 years appointed/elected office at the federal level with no more than 12 years at any 1 level. Still allows for a career of service and to build experience and short enough to prevent another Senator-for-life (like Kennedy/Byrd/etc)....

We definitely need term limits. I say two lifetime terms for congressmen and 1 for senators. If they need longer than that then they need to go do something else thats far away from my money and rights.
