Anyone catch the news this morning that OBummer is pondering mandatory voting in the US of A? Ploy to keep the democrats vote numbers up?

They had mandatory voting in Saddam's Iraq. They have mandatory voting in Russia, and in Venezuela. Zero is just following the lead of his role models. What do you get when you combine "mandatory voting" with universal surveillance cameras? You get a notice from the IRS, ATF or some other jackbooted thug because of how you voted.

Let's take your analysis a step further. If you have mandatory voting, you have the perfect device to stuff the ballot boxes; thereby just "voting" for the people (after all, you know better than them what's "best" for them, right?). If everybody must vote, then there will be no registration and no way to check or control voter fraud (or, in the alternative, the new mandatory voting law will result in the total federal control of voting in this country). That's the way it was/is done in Saddam's Iraq, Russia, and Venezuela, and I submit that's exactly what the Obamunists are angling for. They don't just want socialism; they want totalitarianism.
