So my DH has been getting his degree in criminal justice. It has been quite the eye opener. He has one last class these next 6 weeks and woohoo it is on the second amendment!!!! It is at Liberty University online so it is a very pro constitution school.
He also looks to finish with a 4.0 too!

My sister has taken classes on that general subject (I think that she just wants to take every class that her local community college offers ).
Those classes, in conjunction with various psychology classes, and her generally Libertarian world view, has led to her holding some interesting opinions on the subject.

That's awesome! Glad to hear! Sounds like a meet and great to celebrate!
I have been studying Constitutional law for a few years. Especially how Continental Congress during the American Revolution operated and the lessons learned. That was our first free American government, which stood in place until our current government was founded.
I find the founding of this nation to be one of the most historically intriguing. Maybe because I am living through the experiment myself. None the less, it is very eye opening to see the truth for what it really is verses what the media and current administration would like you to believe.
Congrats to your husband, mamabear.
Is he going into LE?
My future son-in-law's sister got her degree in Criminal Justice at Ferrum College and is training with the Rocky Mount PD.
THE HIGH PRICE OF FREEDOM IS A COST PAID BY A BRAVE FEW. In memory of our fallen heroes.
When I was going to Western Michigan University for CJ I was fortunate enough to have a Constitutional law class with a professor who was the former prosecutor and then 20 year Sheriff of Kalamazoo county Michigan. Very straightforward pro 2A guy who had much more knowledge than any book could ever deliver.
To go into LE would be a 40k pay cut. So no. He is finishing his degree to get his parents off his back and to check a box to open more doors. So many jobs don't give a darn what you studies just that you have that stupid piece of paper. So he got the piece of paper.
It has been very illuminating though. Two things if you are ever arrested, close your trap. If anyone asks to search anything politely say no repeatedly.

Hats off to the DH, MBC. It takes a lot of gumption to finish a college degree while supporting a family. It is very obvious that both of y'all are good people.
