Let me know if this is posted in the wrong area.
My wife bought a Ruger SR9C yesterday. It comes with two mags: a 10 round mag and a 17 round mag. We're moving to CA this summer and the 17 round mag is not compliant (please, don't give me grief over moving to CA). There are also no mag blocks for this model of gun listed at magazineblocks.com. I could modify the mag myself, or I can just trade the 17 round mag for a 10 round mag.
For those of you that own either an SR9 or SR9C, are you willing to trade their 10 round SR9C mag for a 17 round SR9C mag (comes with mag sleeve)? You'll receive a higher capacity mag for no fee, if you're local to me!
SR9/C magazine
Re: SR9/C magazine
Quick update:
Wife wants to handle it on her own. It's her gun and she's a grown-up. I'll update the post if she changes her mind, but if problem isn't remedied by the time we start the drive to CA, it's going to mysteriously "disappear" (as in get thrown in the trash).

Re: SR9/C magazine
unixfool,
I can understand and support that your wife wants to handle the magazine problem herself
, BUT...if things don't workout...I have a SR9 10 round magazine that you may have (pretty nifty metal mag loader included). I welcome the chance to "pay it forward" a bit.
My son-in-law gave me the magazine...he was confused/mistaken about me owning a SR9 - I do not. He has since sold his pistol, so doesn't need the magazine back.
If interested please feel free to PM me regarding what you and/or your wife decide.
Bill
