I finally got to take the Garand to the range last night for the first time. Here's a pic of the first 8 shots.... I think I got a good barrel!

Is that a 100 yd. group? Or a 100 yd. target shot at a closer distance?

What type of ammo are you using?

Did you shoot prone? Use a sling?

Just curious.

Even at 25 yds. that would be a decent group for an M1 and GI ammo.

Ha, 100 yds not a chance, has to be 25 or less
