northern virginia gun works, springfield

If you got a good deal or great service from a shop or range and you want to brag about them, here's the place to do it. Likewise, if you are unhappy about someone's service or feel like you've been ripped off, we want to know that too!

northern virginia gun works, springfield

Post by flowmaster »

i've had sandy garret and his son work on some guns for me in the past. good people, good work. anyone else use these people? not the quickest in the world, but that's OK with me considering they've probably got a big line of customers for a reason: because they're good. sandy garrett was pistolsmith guild pistolsmith of the year and has had a couple of his 1911 custom projects in GUNS magazine over the years. nice guy who really knows his stuff.

I have had some trigger and cylider work done by Sandy. Excellent work, he's kinda grizzled and scary but its well worth it.

I had my Browning A-Bolt scoped and my Dan Wesson 15-HV .357 Mag fixed by them.
Excellent.
