That is an under statement,,, CA is without a doubt one of the most Chicken S*** states there is, I can only think that there are more gun haters than gun lovers as it seems the elected boneheads there are constantly emboldened to pursue crap legislation like that. And then to have a jackass governor that supports gabage like that only makes the insult even worse for them.
