Hey team. Our landlord has announced that they are selling the house we are renting in Leesburg. I am in no position to buy (still recovering from 2.5 years of un/under-employment and a failed business attempt) and need to move closer to Woodbridge anyway. We are looking for a single family home that will accept pets. Only real sticking point: no propane. Well & septic is fine. If we can get close to 66 - so much the better. Also - the wife will want to run her Interior Designing firm from the home - no client traffic, she goes to them.
I can provide references and proof of employment (been with the company almost a year and a half). We would like to be in the $1,800 - $2,100/month range. I'd rather put my cash in the pocket of someone I "know" rather then some stranger.

The townhouse right next to mine is for rent, but I'm pretty sure it uses propane. Great neighborhood though.
