When Dick Morris predicts it; you know it's coming true.

Like how President Romney won with 325 electoral votes and won all those states he didn't?

Sorry, just seeing that guy threw me off; I really thought he finally disappeared after indisputably proving to have the prognostication ability of Miss Cleo.

Ha! Maybe Karl Rove will chime in with a prediction too. Then we'll know it's doomed :hysterical:

The ACA Originated in the Senate.
It was ratified by both Houses and signed by the POTUS.
The SCOTUS only upheld the bill after it was re-written as a tax.
ALL revenue bills MUST originate in the House.
!Constitutional. Why is this still up for debate?

Why would it "end" anything? At most, they'll just amend it.

If they amend it so that it is no longer a spending bill (i.e. - can't be upheld as a "tax"), can it be nullified then?

One can still hope (hopefully without a government issued permit to do so).

The only reason it was upheld in the Supreme Court was because it was considered a tax. If that goes away, the bill is unconstitutional.

I wouldn't bet on that. Look at the present shutdown.

One thing is for sure, theres no way in hell ohbummer will let it go as long as he is in power. Its his only legacy, really. Failure, disaster, whatever, if its tossed before its enacted, he has essentially done nothing.
