FNG from the "other" side...

of the Potomac, that is. Been on the board (MD Shooters) there for a while, but want to make more contact with my counterparts here in the real world.

I'm in Gaitherspatch near NIST, grew up inside the Beltway (Bethesda - Silver Spring, kinda from the Potomac over to Takoma park) back in the (ahem) 60s, 70s, and have never stopped complaining about how much better things were in "the good old days" .

Former Jarhead, wasn't active much in shooting for years, then last year I finally got to the range again. Still don't go as often as I'd like, but it's getting better...
