New magazine for 1903 does not work.

Its a triple K brand (unfortunate name) that I bought off ebay. It seemed well-built when I tore open the package but I tried putting it in my Colt and the mag did not fit well at all. Wouldnt go all the way up without force. Once in it did not cycle rounds properly. And when trying to remove it the thing was stuck. Had to use a screwdriver to get it out.

Should I return it to the seller and try getting an original mag? Or should I take it to Hatfields Gunsmiffin and let them play with it?

Either one of those options is gonna cost me real money. Original mags arent cheap. Neither is a professional weapon fixer.
