Couldn't create account from iPad / tapatalk

Not sure if this is me or if there's a glitch somewhere. I was unable to create a new account using the "register" option. Everything is fine except the last portion in which I'm supposed to type in the image displayed below. There is no image! I was able to eventually create an account using my MacBook and Firefox browser. Interestingly, that method asked me a constitutional amendment question in order to verify that I'm a human and not an automated robot.

Hm. Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad or other apple device that I can use to track the issue down. I have an idea where the issue is, but can't test it.

Is there any way you can take a screenshot of the registration page where you expect an image to be displayed?

Many times Apple browsers just dont play nice with others, doesnt matter whether its on a computer or mobile device. Android is no different. I also have chrome installed on my phone for those times. Tapatalk has given me no issues.
