I ran across this site while looking for ways to cover different states for concealed carry. I really like it since it has an interactive map that allows you to click on different states and a PDF pops up showing laws, reciprocity, and how to get a permit. Its quite handy and maybe you've already seen it.
It appears to be authoritative however, if you use if I would also recommend checking the specific state law that you are interested in.

Found that site a while back. I usually print the information for each state I travel through from that site and also any reciprical agreements I can find then carry all of it with me when I travel. Even the site recommends that you check with each state to make sure nothing has changed.

Thats a good idea. I checked several of the state PDFs and they provide update info at the bottom. Looks like they do a pretty good job.
Heres another good one to print and have. Paragraph 926A. Federal Peaceable Journey law.
