It's legal to hunt humans with 150rnd mags? She didn't mention a bag limit.
At VA Tech Cho fired 176 rounds emptying 17 magazines yet he was not stopped during reload. Of course he had spare guns. Smaller cap magazines probably would not have changed the outcome.
