Background-wise: Am very interested In the theoretical side of things (I am an attorney, recovering) as much as the practical. I've seen some excellent suggestions for CHP advanced courses on some of the postings, if anyone has recommendations for any that are aimed at the advanced level (even at the level of CLE type for lawyers), would welcome those. Am partial to Glocks and Brownings simply because of long term familiarity with those platforms and was hoping to acquire another AR/M4 to replace the one I sold while back (hard to store in safety deposit box), but that doesn't seem likely to happen unless (or better said, "until," since I am an optimist -- it's a force multiplier) Feinstein and Co. get turned off at the pass.
