Member icons added and some changes

I have added icons for USPSA, ICORE, IPSC and VGCA.

Additionally, I updated the fields for NRA, VCDL, and several others so that you don't have to input your member ID to display the icon. Now, it's a Yes/No radio button that is defaulted to No. You will need to update this value to re-add the icon back into your posts, as follows:

Visit the "Profile" section of the User Control Panel (UCP) by visiting the following link and turn them on, if you so desire.

One thing that I wanted to clarify from Rick's above post. If you had member icons configured prior to this update, you will need to go to the User Control Panel and add them back.
