I know that the Supreme Court did say that they could not uphold the stolen valor act because of the 1st Ammendment, but you would have thought that this dude would have gotten the point after serving time in jail for lying to the FBI about it. But, NO he get's out of jail and is right back at it.

I guess no one bothers to do any due diligence when entering into partnerships anymore.

I would concur.
When someone is operating OUTSIDE of the law, or WITHIN it by the bare minimum... someone should correct that.
