For some strange reason

Post by ShortMan »

exit polls had a strong favor for Romney in Virginia, but when everything was closed and the votes were totalled, Obama one.

Usually in situations like these people lie the OTHER way. They claim to vote liberal cuz it looks cool but take the other route cuz their brains have a different direction.

I dont care. I voted Libertarian.
(And I checked the numbers, Prince William would have not gone GOP even if all the 3rd party votes had been for Romney).

The answer is simple: Fraud. The Democrat Death Star passed its first operational test yesterday, and the United States is Alderaan.

That's what it is. It's always fraud. Or 3rd parties. Or some other excuse that puts the blame somewhere else. In the Republican party it's never "my candidate just didn't cross the line first".

The results are (were) tabulated by total number of voters per candidate in the state, not by candidate by county. "Carrying a county" is totally irrelevant for a POTUS vote.

Maybe it had something to do with all those people who were "in line when the polls closed and were therefore allowed to vote late" that Fox News was talking about last night.

No, I am betting that it is simple. More takers in VA than makes. Mores the pity for us.

I think it skewed because pollsters don't call those with Obama phones and they want the gravy train to keep going.

The margin was 2.7 million votes. If you combine Gary Johnson's 1 million votes that leaves 1.7 million. Looking at the swing states, it is EASY to estimate that a combination of fraud and suppression of military votes put Zero back in office:

FL: O 4,141,300 R 4,093,807, J 43,479 Real Difference 4,014

OH: O 2,672,302 R 2,571,539 J 48,672 Real Difference 52,090

VA: O 1,854,723 R 1,747,386 J 30,003 Real Difference 63,858

Some day we will know the truth. But it will be too late.

Not demographics, a terrible candidate, a crash and burn campaign after a circus primary, a VP that scared the crap out of old people, or witholding really imporant stuff like specifics of your fiscal plans until after the election?

JUST the people that refused to take part in a charade and had the gall to vote with their convictions?

you SURE about that?

Read the OP again.
Even if every 3rd party vote had gone to Romney, he could not have won.

I'm glad I voted with the Constitution Party. Romney was a joke of a candidate. The Republican party will continue to screw conservatives with these establishment losers until they get the message that "we" won't sell put our votes anymore. 23 years of that crap and they never changed.

Sorry if I offend anyone.

You know I don't think that Romney was such a bad candidate. But Obama went around promising goodies to everyone who had an ear to hear and those he did not promise goodies to he managed to savage Mitt to death personally. It was a horrendous campaign against mitt. They baselessly accused him of everything from tax fraud to murder. Shout something loud enough long enough and a few people are going to believe it. That mitt came as close as he did is astounding.

Additionally if you look at the map of where the democrat votes came from....surprise surprise it is the cities. Great....so the cities with a large group of individuals on the public dole will continue to be able to loot the suburbs and the countryside.

Obama won by aprox 2 million votes I think. It my opinion that quite simply the takers are just about outnumbering the makers in this country. That is incredibly bad. When a country consistently votes for bread and circuses it is on the way out in a fast way.

You get the government you deserve.

I don't f'cking deserve this. I work hard, I save my money, I help my neighbors, I believed in success, and moving up... After this?

I hate this current culture, I hate it's people, I hate it's mentality. The constant state of "YOU OWE ME!" For what? To breathe? To lounge around taking credit for someone else's hard work? I have NO motivation to prosper anymore. I'm fine just doing the bare minimum at this point.

I'm not buying anything new, I'm not going to buy a home (I was planning on it soon), I'm not even going to invest like I planned, just take my "toys", and go home till the Jackbooted socialistic scumbags drag me off the re-education camp. Hope I won't see some of ya'll there, but I know I will.

Like Rome, enjoy your bread, and circuses, when the Barbarians come to cut off your head, I will NOT stop them.

you know what, I'm sick and tired of the is BS line. I refuse to vote for the lesser of two evils. You still end up with evil. People should be voting in line with their convictions. I did, and I applaud all that do, regardless of who you chose.

Romney lost because he wasn't the right candidate. The Republican party continues to lose because a) they are the party of giving out "free" stuff b) continue to put forth candidates that don't past muster.

If the Republicans want to win, they need to actually grow a pair, start fighting for a more limited government (which they claim to support) across the board in EVERY issue, and stop playing the same power grab game that has gone on for the last 60 years.

You want a prosperous America? End all this damn nation building and continuous foreign wars. There is a reason the founding fathers admonished against entangling wars. They require standing armies, which require taxes to fun, which burdens the pockets of every American with taxes. We are taxed on our raw income, we are taxed on the commodities that we buy, we are taxed on all of our property, and the little bit we may be able to pass on is taxed when we die.

Sound familiar? It should, these are the same conditions that existed under England's (and Rome's) colonial empire throughout the world. It needs to stop.
"We must reject the idea that every time a law is broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions."
