They have since changed the wording of the usage agreement, but it's still kind of scary when you think about what the original wording could mean.

No more frightening than than the patriot act or warrantless wire taps. Besides, that section of the site was for dealers, not the general public. They were also presented with the option of declining the TOS.

Just because it would have been illegal for them to enforce in it's original form does not make Glen wrong per se'. It was either stupid or devious as initially worded, of that there is no doubt. Move along... nothing to see here.
