Open cary at the Fredericksburg Mall
I saw a guy open carrying at the mall today so on my way out I looked at the rules of the mall. It stated no weapons except ones that are legal by federal and state law. Did they change? I thought they were not gun friendly.

That mall doesn't have a sign on every door and to be honest you can interpret what you read to mean that open carry is fine so long as it meets the local and federal laws. I'm sure conceal carry would fall in there too.
I had a SCAR 17 and 16. I also had a bunch of Glocks and a couple H&K pistols. Oh and a DDM4, but I sold everything when our government told me these dangerous tools can actually hurt someone. Apparently they grow legs and go on killing sprees.

The mall cops there asked me to conceal my weapon one day when I was there with my family. I tried to explain that the verbiage of their sign reads in a way that as long as I am carrying legally, OC is OK. They insisted that the mall's management was OK with concealed, but not OC.
