ZOMBIE'S!! What if? What would you bring/set up to prepare??

Post by 001 »

OH WHY NOT! Let's have a little fun.. Think a little.. What would be your arsenal, your zombie machine, or your land mine filled yard with auto turrets..

Personally I think a Bus
- 4 Mini gun turrets
- 20 gun ports
- Flame throwers under the sides of the bus
- 4 Wheel drive with monster tires
- 10 Strippers
- A grill ( need something to enjoy the venison )
- Plus need to fill up the back with a few toys.. ( can't leave the 50 cal behind )

A 20,000acre farm
- 10,000 auto turrets ( got to protect the rib eye steaks right? )
- 25,000 bouncing betty's ( need to stockpile right? )
- Farm all the crops I need, got to have cows right ( i would die without a rib eye )
- my own gas tank ( you know.. THE BIG ONES )
- 10 wives ( she would go nuts without other ladies to chat with )
- The boys ( I would go nuts without my friends )
- Their wives ( otherwise they will try to take mine lol )

I've only thought that far lol but sounds fun..

What's yours? :tank:

Vultures.............lots and lots of vultures.
Look unimportant, the enemy might be low on ammo.

My idea of a zombie rig/bug out location is a gigantic sail boat filled with booze and fishing gear cruising the caribbean getting sun tan and fishing all day. Find a small little remote uninhabited island and not worry about a thing :)

Wide Fat, I'm with you, I am too old to be into this zombie stuff, but I can't get enough of it. As far as zombie killing, I've always thought it would be best to round them up or bait them into an area where they could be slaughtered en masse by something like a bush hog or one of those flails they put on a tank to clear mines. Of course there would have to be some target practice to break up the monotony.

Well I would have to go with the practical situation here.

First off I want to have the house with at least 30acres back from the road a bit with trees and a simple fence around the perimeter. Then about maybe 20-30 yards from the house would be a 6ft brick wall with holes in the top so we could put in the optional out facing barb wire. Then I have actually been thinking about doing this, is to put 1/2 pipe berried around the outside with the pop up sprinklers that would be attached to a 55 gallon gas drum and a hand pump. So that way if we were to come under attack by an over whelming number I could use this to spray them then throw a flare to burn them all. Other than that we would just take out single ones with every caliber of ammo I have.

Plus I'm already wanting to have a simple bomb shelter put into our yard attached to the basement so be used and stocked for any type of emergency. So this is a fun forum topic but I cant really sit here and try to list everything. It would also have to matter how this would spread. Would it be just by a bite from one, or by the blood of one getting into our system by ingestion or other means? The real kick in the nuts for everyone would be if its airborne, if it's this way we would all be screwed except for the corrupt people who made it and we payed for them to build bunkers to survive. So other than that stay small and keep everyone away. Remember the more people you have the more chances you have for someone to be an idiot and get everyone killed.

Charles.

What a coincidence, my coworkers and I was just talking about the Zombie Apocolypse! I'll have to give it some thought on what I would do. :pistol:

I'm no zombie, but I'd sure avoid that place.

I was thinking about that after I wrote this.. Though it couldn't be gasoline.. That would be too rare once all the abandoned cars get siphoned.. Build your own landfill and use the gas buildup for zombie burning fuel lol... Though the entire property line...The property around my land would be trees.. Put the piping through the tree area spread apart from the bouncing bettys.. If the bouncing bettys failed and the auto turrets were about to fail.. Strap explosives to all the trees and have a button.. First bettys and turrets.. Then set off the explosives and knock down allllll the trees.. Set off the gas and wallah.. Zombie camp fire ! the turrets can pluck off the ones that get through.. :50cal: Got to remember, we need to conserve our resources lol

I was thinking about something today, They would herd like any creature.. Consume all humans they can and move on.. Once a whole town is finished.. They would swarm to say.. Your property.. easily a 1000 zombies.. Might have to figure something beefier.. BRAINSTORM!! Got to man make a moat around the entire property line whahahaha.. First they would have to go through the treeline.. Then the moat.. Then another treeline.. Heck yeah.. That will hold off a good 10,000 strong hit I think.. Though I am trying to figure out what if bird zombies came into play.. Anyone got any ideas? Can't have a bird zombie infecting my rib eye steaks.. I would go crazy lol

" It would also have to matter how this would spread. Would it be just by a bite from one, or by the blood of one getting into our system by ingestion or other means? Your right, If this thing went airborne like the movie " The Happening " THAT would SUCK! Your talking underground greenhouses, bunkers, filtration mania, pretty much indoor building of 30,000acres..

I always try to think of everybody.. So I would set up a gate from hell.. No more than a 100 people.. Have to wait the entire incubation period blah blah blah in a room.. Then every 100 plus we get would have to set up another town, farm, etc.. ( Thats where the bus comes in handy ) If we don't save the person next to us.. We will just sit in our house waiting to die.. No fun..

omg.. This has got me thinking.. I might have to start a thread where everybody has to build a map of their dream zombie get away.. No pricetag.. But I think that would be a neat little project to just work on for a while..

You people think too small.

I'd need a mountain, big enough to farm and raise animals, but small enough to put a concrete wall around the base. The wall would be manned by my harem of Victoria's Secret models, all packing M-16s. My robot farmers would double as internal defense. I'd be on horseback, riding herd on the cattle inside the fence. The stream running down the mountain would be filled with trout. After the day is done, my harem and I would snuggle up together in our bunker built like a smaller scale version of Cheyenne Mountain. If we get overrun, I'd open the stargate and find somewhere else to live.

True.. Mountain is a good idea.. Has to have snow on it and build the farm on the low end so that we get fresh water..
