Does anyone know if the side rail mount on a Saiga 12 shotgun is the same as the side rail on a Saiga AK rifle?. Don't they both use essentially the same receiver?.
I'm trying to determine if a aftermarket side rail for their AK's will fit on a Saiga 12 shotgun.

Pretty sure they do. Just remember that they have really loose tolerances from the factory, so most people assume they may have to mess with most parts a bit to fit right lol.
