I just joined the forum today. I have been shooting my whole life, but am just getting back to doing it on a regular basis. I am also getting back into amateur gunsmithing, which will be much easier in a few months when I have a house instead of an apartment.

We should have a Short Pump area get-together, even if it's just an "elbow-bending session" (i.e., meet for a beer and maybe some food). Plaza Azteca at Short Pump is pretty good for that kind of thing.

I just moved from Short Pump to Montpelier. About 8 miles north of Short Pump. It took me a month to get internet here, but I am up for a get together of some sort. I've never been to Azteca, I know Halligan's is a good place too.
