I'm a student residing in Richmond and in my last semester at VCU. I grew up in every corner of the state, with a farm in SW Va, a house in fairfax, and a little place on the bay. I really am proud to be a Virginian. I've been around guns my whole life, my dad has a 9MM and a .32, and we just bought handguns together. Personally I own a 9MM and a 30-06, as well as a lever action 30-30, which has been in the family for 40 years.
I hunt, and now with the addition of the pistol, would like to get more into shooting recreationally at ranges, and of course on my families 40+ acres in SW va.
That's part of the reason I'm here, an open forum for discussing firearms, and how they as a hobby, and something to be taken seriously, enhance our lives.
