Ok so my friends live in Md. Yes they r jealous of us here in va lol. So here is my question. They are comming down to the range with me in va. Can they open carry in va?

As long as they are not prohibited from possessing firearms (felon, restraining order, etc) then they can open carry in Virginia.

OC is legal in VA not by statue, but rather by lack of a statue prohibiting it.
