Is it legal to CW in County Parks?

Hi, I have been reading a lot of great information on this website but I have not found one question I have been seeking. It is legal to conceal carry with a permit in local and county parks mainly in Franklin and Roanoke Counties. I do a lot of hiking and backpacking and I know it is legal to carry concealed in the National Forests and on the Appalachian Trail where I backpack often. However, for day hiking in county and local parks I assume it is legal but I still have not found any definate wording on the subject. So if someone would please let me know, I would appreciate it very much. :confused: Thank you.
