Down the road a ways towards Warrenton is Clark Brothers. Corner of 17 and 29. They have a 100 yard range that is free all you have to do is buy ammo from them.

If you are a member of the Izaak Walton League, the ones in the area all have 100 yard ranges. The closest 300 yard range is Delmarva on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. Nothing closer.

I know this is an old post but i figured I would reserect it for clarrification...

I am going to head to Clark Brothers next weekend to Zero in my New Nikon Glass on my Remington 700 .30-06...

You say above that it is a 100 yard range... However, on WhereToShoot.org it says that its a 50 yard max...

Their website dosn't give ANY INFO...

Any Clarrification would be Great...

THANKS

clarks is 25/50/100 on rifle.
5/15 on pistol I think... they have a close, and not-so close pistol side, I've never really measured it.

just fyi, the range at 340defense.com is about 40 minutes west of leesburg, closer than clark brothers. just rt 7 west, to rt 340 north, once you pass over the state line into wv, it's about 1/2 mile on the left, no sign but two red flags. much better range with more possibilities too. bays with 25, 50, 100 and 400 yards. they have some steel out you can ping. and you can bring non-paper targets - of course you have to be safe and clean up. and you can bring and shoot your own ammo. and they have some full auto toys you can rent.

If you are still looking, 340 is open again, shoot up to 400 yards
