Fredericksburg's fine. Can I bring a couple of my friends who are new to the gun world? We're from Annandale-Springfield area.

Wont bother me a bit. IMO, the more the merrier. I'd like to meet some folks from that area since I now live in Alexandria and will be moving to Springfield soon.

B or Fredericksburg would equal the drives out a bit for the SouthSide people and NoVA people, We need to hear from some of the central and west members . I,m always open to more suggestions

What day would this been 'shooting' for(pun intended :)

Next weekend? Sometime in September?

There is a shoot and greet in staunton late september. We should do this between now and then. I say split the difference day wise.

Date? Saturdays should be good to go for most people, I'd assume, but what date are we going for? Aug 29th? Sept 5th? 12th? 19th? 26th?

Personally, the 29th or 5th work the best, but I have no idea what anyone else might want

the 29th of Aug or the 12th Sept both work for me as well...
Be particular, and be vigilant, as the enemy will only attack on two occasions:
When you're ready or when you're not ready.

Also never forget, that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help.

I have a daughter's birthday on September 12th, so that day is off. 29th of August seems too short-notice.

How about September 19th or September 5th?

Well, for freak out factor I still think we need to entertain Rick's buddy by carrying some EBR's near the bridge. But for the Fredericksburg area I'm thinking maybe Curtis Memorial Park. Someone that lives in that area should give us some ideas on where to have it.
