If we're gonna be Imperialist scum, may as well get some real estate out of it. Modern America is the only bizzarro Empire that invades countries and sinks resources into them, instead of taking resources out. :bangin:

Amen. If we're going to spend like we're an empire, let's have a proper empire for our money. What we've got now is the worst of both worlds - all of the expense, none of the benefit and respect (by which I mean fear edging into terror).
