From my searching, there is no instruction of how to perform the above.

Thats cause you cant do it. Mods can. Simply leave a note that say something like "Item Sold Please Move" and we'll take care of it for ya. No problem. Good luck.
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...
