At least once a month. Usually twice but that's time and schedule permitting.
I typically go through 100 rounds of a medium caliber and 200 rounds of .22 per session. Sometimes I bring along something extra to test/adjust.
Just do as much as you can as best you can.

I used to go 1-2 times a week. But I haven't been on 4 weeks, I am starting to get a little antsy.
