OK, I'm not that familiar with the area. Is Silver Eagle in an industrial/relatively rural area or one in which one landowner owns a lot of land (like in "horse country", for instance)? One explanation obviously doesn't apply to all circumstances. My opinion was about what the general rule was. There will always be exceptions. But generally, I'd say I'm right. That's not because I'm so smart. It's because those 3 factors I opined were most of the cause for a shortage of ranges are bedrock priciples of human nature and economics.
