I like CC IWB as it conceals much better. My favorite at the moment is Crossbred Supertuck. It does a nice job of carrying my 3" Kimber. I also plan on looking closely at the Galco King Tuk as it appears to be a copy of the Supertuck.

I've gone through many paddle and belt OWB holsters for CC. For OC, ok, but for me an IWB is the way to go for CC.

Another vote for crossbreed here. My P238 disappears with the Crossbreed Mini-Tuck.

I am waiting on my Comp-Tac Minotaur to come in. I heard some really good things about them, so figured I'd try one out!

I'll agree with a couple of the other poster's, a Cross Breed Super Tuck is pretty comfortable. I carry a Government Model in one often, the benefit is that the clips to attach the rig to your belt are spaced away from the body of the holster and bulk of the gun so it makes for a slimmer package inside your waistband. Comptac makes a nice, and very similar rig as well, as does Galco. For a first time IWB carrier this type of rig makes a lot of sense, especially the CTac as the polymer bodies are interchangeable for different weapons on the same holster body.

Don't forget the most important part of carry, a good gun belt. Trying to make a standard wally world pants belt hold a firearm secure is going to frustrate your efforts to conceal. Buy a dedicated, purpose built gun belt and even a less expensive holster will work out.
Great holster + pants belt = bad carry experience, Ok holster + gun belt = good carry experience. The belt is the key to the foundation.

Some of my favorite IWB rigs are from High Noon Holsters, they really make quality concealment gear. Their belts are some of my favorite on the market as well as Wilderness Instructor and Frequent Flyer belts.

I can vouch for crossbreed as well. super long wait to get one, but an excellent concealed holser. I bought 3 holsters before getting the crossbreed and have never looked or thought of another. not really cheap, but they work great and are very secure.

Google Fist brand holters. Didn't seen any mentions of them, but it's a small shop from Brooklyn where every holster is handmade to your specs and choices. They have some great options and quality is hands down better than most retail.

You select the options, list your hardware, and it's a custom build from there. Price is reasonable but wait time is patience testing, around 4-6 weeks. Once received, the wait is worth it all.

I agree with gunderwood's last comment.

I really like my kholster. See kholster.com and search this site for other related posts. The owner will do everything to ensure his customers are satisfied and the price is super reasonable.

I carry OWB most of the time , so I perfer leather holsters for that but when I IWB carry I use a Sharktac custom kydex holster , the quality it great, its really comfortable and for $55 bucks shipped it is a great deal. Also what kind of handgun did you purchase and have you given any thought to what position the gun will be on your waist?
