Classic Arms Inc.

Has anyone dealt with these people directly? Are they any good? Are their prices competative?

Their prices are about the same as what I've seen on other sites, and they do carry more C&R stuff than I've seen from most online dealers.

If you plan on buying something that requires an FFL, you will need to verify that they have the dealer's current license on file before you place the order.

I recently bought a Romanian Underfolder AK from them. No worries, fast shipping and friendly too.

I have bought a boatload of ammo from them. They seem to be good people and have always been responsive and polite on the phone.

My orders have always arrived as described and in the published time... or less.

I bought an AK-47 from them about 12-18 months ago. No problems, would buy from them again.

Their website needs some help, but they have a good reputation.

Anyone have an opinion on whether it's really worth it to pay $10 more for "hand select" to get a better quality item from them?

It seems reasonable, especially for a C&R item. You won't know how rough some of these can be until you open the box and see the one you just bought.

I would do it if a C&R item catches my eye one day
