Now this guy has a novel idea. Tax the bullets at $1.00 a pop, so the criminals and bad guys can't afford to buy ammo - like an armed robber cares if the ammo in his magazine costs $10 - $20 more. Of course, when such didn't work 'cuz everone would buy ammo outside Baltimore, he would want to have the tax be state wide; and when that didn't work, he would place the blame on Virginia for not having such a tax, 'cuz all the budget minded shooters in Maryland would be buying ammo in Virginia.
Lest I forget, he is a former "Planning Director" and a "Democrat". Is he a tool, fool, idealogue, left-winger, idiot or just dangerous. My vote is for all of the above.
When I read the poll associated with the article, the results were 4% for and 96% against it being 'part of an effective plan' - whatever effective plan means.
Guess he thinks that "shall not be infringed" phrase can be "nuanced" out of existence.
