Competitive Shooting Around Norfolk?

I'm new to the area and would like to get involved in competitive handgun shooting etc, can anyone point me in the best direction for this? Also what ranges etc do you recommend around the Portsmouth/Norfolk area? Thanks a lot from a area newbie!

Bob's gun shop in Norfolk has a nice indoor range. And they sell a lot of shooting related stuff.

There's also a 300 yard outdoor rifle range in Virginia Beach, which I would have loved to have gone to more than once. http://www.thec2center.com/

If you have a CaC, you can get on to Camp Allen in Norfolk. They have IDPA there 2 Saturdays a month I believe.
