I have to say +1 for the VCU police dept on this one.

Why? No VCU stuff to keep him busy so he screws with you for BS? Thats what Richmond PD is for. If he wanted to pull people over and cry about taillights he should have become a city cop, not a school one. No, I'm not anti-cop quite the opposite I've got a lot of cops in my family which is probably why that stuff makes me mad. He may actually have some power but it's still Mall Ninja Syndrome.

HEY, don't laugh. I got pulled over in Forest Lk MN for having the windows TINTED TOO DARK. I had just purchased a car in AZ, about three weeks before so I had no idea that they were TOO DARK. Went to court, showed the judge the bill of sale, he looked at the COP and said. LIGHTEN THEM UP, NO FINE!!!
