My guess is they weren't going along with Project Gunrunner... :hysterical:

Seriously, could they be any more vague??

Maybe they just needed to score some ammo?

Is a warrant needed to raid an FFL?

I do not believe so Jake. If I recall correctly part of the FFL license states that the ATF can inspect the premises/records at any time they choose to.

So, it's been a couple of days since the raid, and no more news about it from my hometown station, WDBJ. Is this going to be another story that conveniently gets forgotten?

Maybe the tactical teams got bored and wanted something to do. :hysterical:

I shoot there, haven't been in a few weeks, I hope they're open, that place is very professionally run.

Seems like I saw a post on another forum that went something like this,

"The ATF reported the raid was a success."

The reply was, "Oh, a successful raid means none of the ATF agents shot another ATF agent"

I wonder if the raid was for those BB guns that were missing orange tips :hysterical:

A PSS employee confirmed Tuesday that the range remains open and operating. Another man who identified himself as the manager of the range said he could not comment on the matter.

Hmmm... Maybe the reason everything is so vague is that wasn't really the ATF... MAYBE it was the REALLY the... (drumroll)... SWAT team from the Department of Education!

Maybe Sgt. Shultz from Hogan's Heros would be willing to comment on the matter...

"I know nothing!" seems to be how the ATF and the DOJ respond to everything these days...
