The loophole in the law allows background checks to be skipped during gun sales over the Internet as well.
That is why all internet sales have to go through an FFL Dealer where the background is checked.
I want to know just how ol'e Bloomberg came up with this satistic. Just where did he get that "Federal Data" and if they were Terror Suspects was this before or after they were suspects?

The sad thing is that Project Gunwalker has sent some reports say up to 3,500 weapons in a time frame much shorter.
The other question is, what qualifies a person to be a "Terror Suspect"? Remember we have US Senators and little kids on the Selectee and No Fly lists at the airports for being supposed "Terror Suspects".
