I just watched video from a 5/14/11 OC rally/march to 5 points in downtown PHL at city offices. Teh MAN left them alone.

Rather than a change of heart/policy, I think this was a strategic choice of avoiding the MANY cameras that day and go back to violating their subjects civil rights on a more individual basis, when they have the upper hand, LIKE THEY HAVE DONE FOR YEARS.

From the article, I'd like to know more about how/why Fiorino's gun was confiscated for 5 months. Obviously he committed no crime, as he is still in possession of his freedom and his CHP.

So the police chief knows they are violating the civil rights of individuals and they don't care and will continue to do so. In most cases when you do that you go to jail--not the other way around. Nice--well I don't care what is in Philly, we will not be visiting there. They need a slap down from on high--perhaps the governors office or the state DA.
