Well that's no good just hearing it idle...I want some Vroom-Vroom!
Is that your car, or one that you built or helped build?
Re: Our Glocks with the Crimson Trace Laser and a Shelby 500
Seeing as this thread has gone horribly ary...
Me at 15 years of age in a Modified class big block powered center steering narrowed body dirt tracker

Bob Webber's H/Production SCCA Championship winning car. I built the chassis the rear fender flares (hand pounded out of sheet metal) and the custom four and a half foot long compact megaphone for the exhaust! (it was a LONG oval tapered pipe hand cut, hammered and welded)

My brothers car he and I built. I did the front end. He was always in the top 3.

Some of the cars we worked on in our Frame and Front end shop.

Oh yeah, I am a biker too. I used to tweak, race and ride them a lot too!
This is my real bike, the "extra" engine was my 1st attempt at photoshop.

What my garage normally looked like.

My RD/TZ looked like. It is on the back of the Thunder Truck. A 75 T-Bird with a flat bed where the trunk used to be. It had a 460 4bbl with side-pipes

My old Suzuki 850. I lived that bike!

Did I mention that I raced a LOT and was a certified Master Mechanic before I became a gimpy computer geek?

Oh yeah! To get back on topic! I often open carried riding the 850 Zuke' and it had a FN-49 Bayonet scabbard zip-tied to the handle bars holding the bayonet.

WOW!!! That thing is cherry. If I didn't throw so much cash towards a certain pursuit
I run buy one of those.
No more catchy slogans for me...I am simply fed up...4...four...4...2+2...

NICE! Baddest Mustang I ever drove was a Shelby 500 with the 428. It was a handful. The new ones stop, turn and just out handle the originals SO much better! That and the new engines are lighter, smoother and more powerful!Fordmechanic wrote:here's the video of the 4.6 3 valve bored and stroked, cammed twin turbo

Re: Our Glocks with the Crimson Trace Laser and a Shelby 500
My buddy at work built it for an airline pilot who wanted a supercharged car. He talked him into doing a twin turbo setup and money was no object. So Matt modded the engine w/ cams, bored, stroked it, chipped it, added the twin turbo setup, modded the piping, beefed up the trans, valve body and Torque converter, added traction mods, chassis stiffeners, pan hard rod, modded interior with guages. he added a body kit, one off exhaust, one off custom offset rims. On and on.
To make a long story short, the pilot bagged out when the economy tanked. So matt put a mechanics lien on the car. before it went to court, they settled and Matt bought the car for 17K and got the pink. he then sold it to 2 collectors who now show the car and occasionally drive it. It has 1100+ RWH dynoed at 900+ ft pounds of torque.

Well somewhere along the way this post got high jacked and went the auto route. It was about getting my Crimson Trace grip's in and installing them on my brother in law's glock over the weekend. But that's life.

Good job hooking your brother-in-law up with some great grips!
