barter?
i am an auto mechanic looking to barter my services and possibly some cash for a semi auto handgun in 9mm. im ase certified and have been in the business for 11 years. recently just got back to work from donating a kidney and want to get back into shooting. im going to start saving for a handgun but hoping this gets me there quicker. im in the woodbridge area. pm me with offers if interested.

Great offer in these times of the tight dollar.Hope someone can take you up on the offer. It don't take a hell of a lot of work on a vehicle to get up there in denaro real quick.

I would suggest you provide some more detail on what kind of service you are able to provide. I would guess that your certification means that you are limited more by tools (high bay, engine hoist, etc.) than knowledge/skill. Last Nov when I needed a timing belt change I'd have taken you up on this.

ok a list. ill try to be thorough. regular maintenance of fluids, brakes, most timing belts, water pumps, seals and gaskets, electrical diagnosis and some performance check engine light diagnosis. no engines or transmission as i would be doing this on the side an dont have the equipment for it. no tires cause i dont have a machine at home. can do some oil pan gaskets and steering and suspension parts. with steering parts car will have to go in after for alignment. any specific questions you have feel free to ask.
